If you look at my blog occasionally, I'm sure you've seen that most times I post things that catch my eye, as well as funny and beautiful things; but every once in a while, I write an inspiring post. I am not a professional writer, but I do believe that anyone can write if they really really believe in what they write about.
Today is one of those days. Today's my words will be inspiring and magical, or so I hope, because this past friday, the first one of the Ramirez sisters graduated and that deserves a beautiful space in my blog. So, this post is first for you, Pat, and then, for all of you also graduating this year.
Today, you get to write your own history. Your parents are done taking care of you, you are done spending hours and hours studying and you are ready to fly alone. You can finally open that little organic market you have been wishing for for years or you can decorate your own new and beautiful apartment the IKEA way or you can get that amazing job you've always wanted in TV or maybe move to Hong Kong.....who cares? after all, the world is your oyster!
There will be ups and downs, nobody said life was easy; but then again, adventures are never easy. In fact, they are unpredictable, dangerous and magical and that is what makes life so incredible. Just a few reminders before you go off to live your new life: No matter where you go, never forget where you come from and the people that you have met along the way. Always remember the adventures you have lived and know that you have thousands of amazing moments yet to live. Finally, remember to always do what makes you happy, because we only live once.
